Jewelweed Tincture
Product Details
Jewelweed, Impatients capensis, is best known as a remedy for poison ivy, and can be found growing next to each other often.
Jewelweed is good for:
- poison ivy
- poison oak
- poison sumac
- skin rashes
- muscle sprains
- sore muscles
- headache
- stomach ache
I foraged this plant in central Minnesota.
Comes in a 1 oz bottle come with a dropper.
I use the folk method for making all my tinctures, which uses no measurements except sizing things up with your eyes. So I put the plant material in a jar and then fill with alcohol.
Dosages -
Use externally only!
A number of people are allergic to jewelweed, so use with caution.
